Cajun Barbeque Rub

Mix the following ingredients well. It makes enough for a whole chicken cut in pieces or two pork tenderloins. You can up the red pepper for more heat.

2 TBS black pepper
2 TBS white pepper
1 TBS Hungarian Hot Paprika (or 1/2 tsp cayenne)
1 TBS dried garlic pieces
